Cardi B’s boyfriend Stefon Diggs has been accused of sexual battery by influencer Christopher Blake Griffith.

Griffith alleges Diggs drugged and attempted to sexually assault him at Diggs’ Maryland home on May 22, 2023, and then conspired to kill him.

Griffith originally made the claims on Instagram in August, and the NFL player, who welcomed a son with “Bodak Yellow” rapper Cardi B earlier this month, subsequently filed a libel lawsuit against Griffith, accusing him of concocting a fake story.

Griffith filed his counterclaims on Friday.

“Chris Griffith is going to have his say and is looking forward to getting justice for the sexual and physical attacks perpetrated against him,” the stylist’s attorney, Jake Lebowitz of Posey Lebowitz PLLC, told Page Six exclusively.

In the suit, the influencer claims the alleged incident took place “while in Mr. Diggs’s car and at his house in Maryland, after events in the Washington, DC, area that Mr. Griffith attended as Mr. Diggs’s guest.”

Additionally, Griffith accuses the New England Patriots wide receiver of alleged “coordination of a violent attack” on May 29, 2023, in Los Angeles, involving Diggs’ brother, Darez Diggs, and two additional “associates.”

“This attack came as a direct result of Mr. Diggs’s rebuffed sexual advances toward Mr. Griffith,” the docs further allege.

Griffith’s legal team goes on to claim that Diggs took to social media with “defamatory statements” about the stylist, accusing him of stealing “articles of clothing” from Diggs’ home.

The attorneys called the claims “unequivocally false” and “highly damaging to Mr. Griffith’s professional and personal reputation.”

Page Six has reached out to legal representatives for Diggs.

The latest filing comes after the NFL star filed a libel lawsuit against Griffith over his claims.

In documents filed on Oct. 1 and originally obtained by TMZ, Diggs alleged that “would-be social media influencer” Griffith created a false narrative about the alleged May 2023 incident.

Diggs claimed in documents that he and Griffith, along with other other social media personalities, attended a club following a charity basketball game in Washington, DC.

According to the docs, everyone returned to the wide receiver’s home, where Diggs claimed he retreated to his bedroom and requested that Griffith leave the residence.

Diggs, 31, alleged that Griffith took to social media two years later to claim the athlete “drugged and attempted to sexually assault” him before allegedly conspiring to end his life.

Diggs’ lawsuit also claimed that Griffith shared the allegations — contained in a police report — with nearly 100,00 followers in August, and additionally tagged Sarah Jessica Parker and Ugg, who posed with the NFL star for a footwear campaign.

In the lawsuit, Diggs is seeking an undisclosed amount in damages and attorneys fees.

At the time, Griffith’s attorney Jake Lebowitz denied Diggs’ claims.

“Mr. Griffith is looking forward to showing the world in Court that regardless of the fairy tale fabricated by Mr. Diggs’ high-priced New York Lawyers, he is the victim of Mr. Diggs’ unwanted sexual advances and his brother’s violent attacks,” he told us.

“Not only will we defend against these false allegations but our counterclaims for sexual battery will be filed shortly.”
