Born into a musical family in Wales and raised in London, Judith Owen’s life has been shaped by her commitment to performance and her candid discussions about mental health. After the tragic loss of her mother to suicide during her teenage years, Owen transformed her grief into artistic expression, openly sharing her experiences with anxiety and depression.
