Since its inception, Christmas FM has raised over €4 million for various charities.

This year, the station continues its successful ‘Magic of Christmas’ appeal, benefiting three prominent children’s charities: Barnardos, Barretstown, and Make-A-Wish Ireland, along with other local charities through Community Foundation Ireland.

Thanks to the generous contributions from listeners, the initiative achieved its fundraising goal of €1,000,000 between 2022 and 2024.

The Magic of Christmas appeal aims to raise over €1,000,000 over the next three years, continuing its partnership with the same children’s charities.

Each year, Christmas FM is powered by a dedicated team of volunteer presenters who contribute countless hours, supported by a core management team.

The operational costs of Christmas FM are covered by generous sponsors, ensuring that all listener donations directly support the station’s charity partners.

This year, Coca-Cola, An Post, and Cadbury are the station’s primary FM sponsors.

Christmas FM broadcasts from The Clayton Hotel, Liffey Valley, which has generously provided studio space once again this year.

In addition to FM and online broadcasting starting November 28, Christmas FM operates several sister stations that stream worldwide, spreading holiday cheer globally.

Christmas FM Classical features a blend of classical holiday music and festive carols.

Christmas FM Classics showcases classic Christmas songs from before the 1970s, featuring artists like Bing Crosby and Frank Sinatra.
