The lawsuit involving Drew Sidora, a star of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” accused of using intimidation to avoid settling a debt, has been dropped, according to exclusive information obtained by Us Weekly.
Legal Proceedings Dismissed
Documents from the court show that Sidora, 40, and Claudia Gregory were scheduled for a trial on November 20, but the case was ultimately dismissed.
For several months, Gregory and Sidora were engaged in legal disputes.
Allegations of Unpaid Loan
On February 20, Gregory filed a lawsuit in a Georgia court, claiming she loaned Sidora $23,543, which was due by January. According to Gregory, only $12,543 was repaid, leaving a balance of $11,500. Sidora’s attorney, JJ Poole, stated, “Our client, Drew Sidora, categorically denies all allegations set forth by Claudia Gregory.”
Gregory alleged that Sidora refused to pay the remaining amount and used intimidation tactics to pressure her into accepting less.
Cease and Desist Letter
Gregory included a cease and desist letter allegedly sent by Sidora’s assistant on November 9, 2024. The letter demanded that Gregory stop contacting Sidora and her associates.
The letter also mentioned breaches of a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and stated that Gregory’s actions had damaged her relationship with Sidora.
Demand for Damages
Gregory sought $11,300 in damages through her lawsuit.
Communication Between Parties
An email from Gregory to Sidora dated January 21 demanded immediate payment of $11,500 to avoid legal action and public embarrassment.
Gregory emphasized the need for resolution and criticized Sidora’s team for their guidance.
Text Message Evidence
Text messages presented as evidence showed Gregory seeking updates on the repayment. In one message dated April 18, she asked, “Good morning any update on how we resolve the reminder on the loan?”
Sidora allegedly responded that she was busy with filming but would address the issue soon.
Denial of Allegations
On September 25, Sidora filed documents denying any wrongdoing and requested the dismissal of Gregory’s lawsuit, along with reimbursement for legal fees.
Ongoing Divorce Proceedings
Sidora is also navigating her divorce from Ralph Pittman. On November 14, at BravoCon2025, she revealed that Pittman is still residing in the basement of their shared home.
“Man is still in the basement. Him downstairs, still there, and we’re still going through the process,” Sidora stated. She expressed gratitude for being allowed to attend the event despite ongoing legal matters.
