The ex-Smallville actress served 21 months for racketeering charges linked to her role in NXIVM, a self-help group turned sex cult.
Mack was involved in recruiting for NXIVM’s secretive subgroup, Dominus Obsequious Sororium (DOS), where members were branded with leader Keith Raniere’s initials and coerced into seduction. Raniere is serving a 120-year sentence for various charges, including sex trafficking. He maintains his innocence.
Since her 2018 arrest, Mack has largely avoided the media but spoke about her new life with Meeink on the “Allison after NXIVM” podcast in 2025.

Frank Meeink, a former neo-Nazi, once had “skinhead” tattooed on his knuckles. He served three years for armed kidnapping and assault.
In prison, Meeink renounced his racist beliefs and later co-authored a memoir, Autobiography of a Recovering Skinhead, detailing his transformation into a tolerance advocate.
On the “Allison after NXIVM” podcast, Meeink expressed regret for his past beliefs. In 2024, he discovered through a DNA test that he has Jewish ancestry.
By 2025, Meeink worked at a nonprofit for the homeless and engaged in public speaking and civil rights activism.
