Ace Frehley's Final Resting Place Revealed

The final resting place of Ace Frehley has been disclosed through images and videos showcasing his grave marker.

The legendary Kiss guitarist passed away in October at the age of 74 following a fall in his home studio. He was laid to rest at Woodlawn Cemetery in the Bronx, New York, his hometown.

Circumstances Surrounding Ace Frehley’s Death

Frehley sustained multiple skull fractures and a brain bleed due to a fall that occurred on September 25 at his home studio. After being placed on a ventilator, he showed no signs of recovery, leading his family to remove him from life support on October 16.

An autopsy later confirmed that his death resulted from accidental blunt force trauma.

A memorial service was conducted for Frehley on October 21 in Yonkers, New York, attended by his fellow founding members of Kiss: Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, and Peter Criss. He was interred the following day.

Kiss’s Response to Ace Frehley’s Passing

“We are heartbroken by the loss of Ace Frehley,” the band stated in a joint message shortly after his death. “He was a vital and irreplaceable member during some of the most significant periods in the band’s history. He will always remain a part of Kiss’s legacy. Our thoughts are with his daughters, Jeanette and Monique, and all who loved him, including our fans worldwide.”

Earlier this month, Kiss commenced their first performance in two years with a moment of silence illuminated by candles in memory of Frehley.
