Aubrey O’Day has spoken out about Sean “Diddy” Combs in the Netflix documentary Sean Combs: The Reckoning.
O’Day, who was part of Danity Kane, formed by Diddy on MTV’s Making the Band in 2005, discusses her experiences with Combs in the documentary. Now 41, she reflects on their relationship during that period.
In the third episode, O’Day claims Diddy identified her as “the looker” of the group, implying different expectations for her. She describes feeling groomed by him.
When asked when things became sexual, O’Day mentions receiving emails with explicit images from Diddy, including one she read aloud.
O’Day reads an email allegedly from Diddy: “I don’t wanna just f–k you. I wanna turn you out. I make my woman do what I tell her to do, and she loves it,” adding that it was from her boss at work.
O’Day expressed feeling fired for not engaging sexually, noting she was dismissed six months after receiving such emails.
She later discovered Diddy was forming a new group, Diddy – Dirty Money, with another Danity Kane member, Dawn Richard. Richard also accused Diddy of misconduct, which he has denied.
