The persistent rain will gradually move eastward throughout the morning and early afternoon, followed by light rain and drizzle, along with mist and fog in many areas. Daytime temperatures will range from 10 to 14 degrees, with moderate southerly winds, becoming lighter by early afternoon and shifting to a light to moderate southwest to west.
Tonight will remain cloudy and misty, with scattered rain and drizzle, particularly in the west and north. Some moderate rainfall is expected, along with hill and coastal fog. Temperatures will remain mild, not dropping below 9 to 13 degrees. Winds will pick up overnight, becoming moderate to fresh and occasionally gusty, especially along the west coast.
