The red carpet creep who grabbed Ariana Grande in Singapore won’t be returning to the country any time soon…

It was a terrifying and PTSD-inducing moment for the pop star last week when rogue fan Johnson Wen, otherwise known as the Pyjama Man, hopped over the barricades at the Wicked: For Good premiere in Singapore, rushed up to her, and forcibly grabbed her. The shocking moment sparked a protective streak in Cynthia Erivo and collective outrage among fans online. See the hard-to-watch moment (below):

As we’ve been following, Wen was met with legal action. BBC reported he was charged with being a public nuisance, and per the DailyMail.com, he was sentenced to nine days in jail.

Arianators across the web were dumbfounded that the heckler was let off with such a light sentencing, but Wen’s latest repercussion may help ease some of the outrage.

According to multiple outlets, Singapore’s Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) told local media outlets that Wen, an Aussie native, was deported from the country on Sunday and “barred from re-entering Singapore.”

DAMN!

TMZ reported a prosecutor described Wen as a “serial intruder,” as he’s attempted to make a name for himself by rushing other celebrities, including The Weeknd and Katy Perry, in past off-guard moments.

What do you make of this latest update, Perezcious readers? Does this make up for the light jail sentencing? Let us know in the comments down below!
